Ted K slams Mitt for outsourcing jobs: Mass. work farmed out to India, Utah

Ted Kennedy gets on Romney's back about "outsourcing" jobs to "Bangladesh" and Utah. Then Kennedy, showing an incredible newfound concern for the taxpayers of Massachusetts, supports that criticism by saying that "hard-earned tax dollars should stay" in Massachusetts. It's nice to know that he's concerned. I'd like an economist (or Ted even) to explain why these jobs shouldn't be outsourced in order to save the taxpayers money. Seems like that's the more responsible use of funds.
